Students are then to list 10 things they could do to keep health and fit page 39 students book. Student and teachers are to discuss what they have written down.
Students complete the exercises from the PowerPoint.
Students are then to complete page 40 and 41 of their books writing down what exercises and food they eat each week / day.
If time students are to complete a poster on Healthy Eating. Prizes for the best poster from each form. Tutors are to judge.
Students are to complete the GROW model for this lesson page 43 of students book.
